Undir sjónum lifa enn minningar um það sem eitt sinn var. Feneyjar sökkva en menningin og sagan hverfa ekki, heldur finna sér ný heimkynni við hafið. Þar rís bygging sem lifir í samhljómi við hafið og landslagið í kring. Hún vinnur með náttúrunni en ekki gegn henni. Á súlum stendur hún, svífandi yfir ósnortnu landslagi. Stórir gluggar opnast að hafinu og hleypa sólarljósi inn, þar sem útsýnið yfir öldurnar verður hluti af upplifuninni sem heldur minningum og menningu á lífi. Fjórar kynslóðir læra að lifa með nýjum takti sjávarins, lífið hefur breyst en tengingin við sjóinn lifir enn. Fortíðin er ekki gleymd, heldur fléttuð inn í framtíðina á nýjum heimaslóðum.

Beneath the waves, memories linger of what once was. Venice sinks, but its culture and history do not fade, they find a new home by the sea. Here, a structure rises, breathing in harmony with the ocean and the untouched landscape around it, working with nature rather than against it. Standing on pillars, it hovers above the land, leaving it undisturbed. Large windows open towards the sea, inviting sunlight to flood the space, where the view of the waves become an integral part of the experience, keeping memories and traditions alive. Four generations, having lost their former home, learn to live in rhythm with the tides. Life has changed, yet the connection to the sea endures. The past is not forgotten, it is woven into the future, finding new roots on new home grounds.
