Borðspilið Spilling leikgerir íslenska stjórnmálakerfið, hvernig það úthlutar aðgengi að auðlindum og tekst á við spillingu. Leikmenn ferðast um Ísland og safna auði og auðlindum á meðan þeir keppast um völd. Atburðir í leiknum eru byggðir á raunverulegum spillingarmálum, dæmum um frændhygli og hvernig ríkustu einstaklingar landsins auðguðust.  

Í leiknum spyrjum við ekki hvort spilling sé siðferðilega réttlætanleg – heldur hversu langt þú ert tilbúin að ganga til að nýta þér hana. Þeir sem ná hæst upp spillitöfluna öðlast ekki bara áhrif heldur verða ónæmir, þannig að reglur gilda ekki lengur um þá. Þar, utan við arma réttvísinnar, er réttlætið sveigjanlegt og sannleikurinn samningsatriði.

Corruption 

The board game Corruption gamifies Iceland’s political system, how it distributes access to resources and tackles corruption. The players move around Iceland, collecting capital and resources, while competing for power. In-game occurrences are based on real scandals, examples of nepotism and how the richest in the country made their fortune.  

In the game, we don’t ask whether corruption is morally justifiable – but rather how far you’re willing to go to exploit it. Those who climb highest on the corruption ladder gain not only influence but also immunity, so that the rules no longer apply to them. Above the law, justice is flexible, and truth is negotiable.
