Wednesday, March 25 at At 17:00 Skerpla will hold a concert in Dynjanda, the hall of the LHÍ music department.
The program includes works by students based on the theme of the semester, radio as a creative medium, with a special focus on radio operas.
Free entry and everyone is welcome.
Skerpla is a music group that works within the Iceland Academy of the Arts and was founded in the fall of 2018. The group studies, creates and performs music of an experimental nature with the aim of expanding traditional ideas about music.
Skerpla's activities are led by Berglindi María Tómasdóttir, professor at LHÍ, and John McCowen, part-time teacher at LHÍ

On Wednesday, March 25 at 5:00 pm, Skerpla will present a concert in Dynjandi, the concert hall of the Iceland University of the Arts’ Department of Music.
The program features works by students developed around this semester's theme, radio as a creative medium, with a particular focus on radio operas.
Admission is free and all are warmly welcome.
Skerpla is a music ensemble within the Iceland University of the Arts, founded in autumn 2018. The group explorations, creates, and performances experimental music with the aim of expanding emotional notices of what music can be.
Skerpla is led by Berglind María Tómasdóttir, Professor at IUA, and John McCowen, Adjunct Lecturer at IUA.
