Korda Samfonia's annual concerts have established a place for themselves as an essential event in the calendar of the Icelandic music scene This most unusual band in the country counts over forty members and endlessly surprises music lovers with their refined performances and powerful compositions that touch on different musical styles, from classical ones symphonic hljómheimi to the hardest rock Korda Samfónía was nominated for the Icelandic Music Awards for her 2022 debut concert and received the 2023 Icelandic Music Awards' incentive award for use music and communicate it creatively to promote people to further activity in society.

Korda is a joint project of MetamorPhonics, the Iceland Academy of the Arts, the Reykjavík City of Music, Harpa and vocational rehabilitation centers around the country. The project is funded by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, the Ministry of Education and Children's Affairs and the Icelandic Ministries of Culture and Employment, together with the City of Music Reykjavík and the Music Fund.

Í january 2024 became chapter break at MetamorPhonics when Academy of Arts Iceland got extensive strength forthree oars international research project which turns that more artistic management and methodologyMetamorPhonics and each effect the project are á participants which are í rehabilitationu or have experience offhomelessness, but also each effect the project are á music students á university level. The study is collaborative project between four university á Iceland and í United Kingdom. Academy of Arts Iceland sees about project management and is principal investigator Dr Thorbjörg Daphne Hall, the professors Dr Lee Higgins (International Centre for Community Music) and Dr Jo Gibson are investigators from York St Johnuniversityanum, Guildhall School of Music and Drama there which Sigrún Sævarsdóttir-Griffiths works, comesthat the project í through the band The Messengers and Anna Hildur Hildibrandsdóttir comes from The university á Bifrost, there which she steers master's degree and research center about creative articles, but Anna Hildur will win new documentary which team í outcome the research project.
