How to Love When It's the End of the World

Artist: Sunniva Allanic, 2nd year MA Fine Art student

„How to Love When It's the End of the World“ explains, steel, chicken wire, and woolly the works presented body the inherent tension between strength and vulnerability. These evocative creatures, both familiar and unsettling, challenge the boundaries between self and other, knowing the viewer to contemporate our ways of relating. The exhibition, navigates the emotional landscape of fear and love, asking: How do we connect, how we know the concern, how we care?

Sunniva Allanic (b. 2000) graduated with a BA in Fine Art from the École des Beaux Arts de Nantes, France, in 2023.  

Opening: February 14th from 4pm - 7pm
Show is open from the 14th to the 21st of February, from 10:00 to 17:00

Location: Hulduland, Laugarnes - Laugarnesvegur 91, 105 Reykjavík.
