The Iceland Academy of the Arts' publishing fund has completed the allocation of grants for 2026. The fund's mission is to support the publication project of academic staff and promote the dissemination of research and artistic creation in the field of art.
This time, six projects received funding. Applications reflected diverse subjects and different forms of publication and were evaluated taking into account the professional quality and relationship of projects with LHÍ's research, teaching and activities.
The following projects received funding from the LHÍ publishing fund in 2026:
- Guja Dögg Hauksdóttir – Architecture in a panorama
- Martin Sindri Jónsson – Infrastructures of the Public Sphere: Socially Engaged Art and Curatorial Practice in the New New Germany
