Practical skills assessment the goal is to make it easier for people in the labor market who have work experience to study and acquire rights in a shorter period of time. In this way, it is better to meet the needs of society and the labor market.

In which courses can you apply for practical skills assessment in graphic design:

  • Limit 5 ECTS

In which courses can you apply for practical skills assessment in fashion design:

  • Fashion drawing 2.5 ECTS
  • Trial stitch and finish (part of the course Clothing I) 2 ECTS

Conditions for applying for practical skills assessment:

  • Undergraduate student at the University of the Arts
  • 25 years or older
  • Three years of continuous work experience in the profession
  • Work experience certified by the employer

How this works:

  • You fill out a screening list to assess your own skills in relation to the practical skills assessment
  • You submit a CV, screening list and certificate from your employer
  • Once data is confirmed, you will be interviewed by a study and career advisor
  • Finally, you will receive an invitation to come to an interview with an evaluator

The application deadline is up to and including June 22, 2025.
