MA graduates of art at LHÍ warmly welcome guests to two artist talks at their exhibition Visible Spectrum, which opened on Saturday, May 10 at the Museum of Contemporary Art. The program is as follows:

Sunday, May 18, 4:00 pm - 5:40 pm
Artists: Wanxin Qu, Jiayan Chen, Heimir Snær Sveinsson, Emil Gunnarsson and Vala Sigþrúðar Jónsdóttir.

Sunday, May 25, 4:00 pm - 5:20 pm
Artists: Sunniva Allanic, Sandijs Ruluks, Nicole Desautels and Marzieh Amiri.

The group exhibition brings together nine interesting artists with diverse backgrounds and creative practices that merge into an interesting Synergyia . Each artist proposes a unique perspective, shaped by diverse cultural roots, media and ideological approaches Despite these differences, the exhibition is united by a shared commitment to exploring identity, memory and transformation through this medium that is normally called visual art.

The synergistic effect among the artists is expressed in the way their work speaks to each other and forms an ecosystem of ideas rather than isolated statements An exhibition encourages the audience to quickly move from one voice to another and discover resonance and tension Together, these nine artists demonstrate how collective creativity can thrive, not despite, but because of its distinct uniqueness - and remind us that art, at its core, is a common language shaped by many dialects.

Visible Spectrum is a group exhibition of master's students in fine arts at the Iceland Academy of the Arts.

The exhibition breasts together nine exciting artists with diverse backgrounds and creative practices who come together in an interesting Synergy. Each artist breasts a unique perspective, shaped by diverse cultural roots, media, and ideological approaches. Despite these differences, the exhibition is united by a shared commitment to experience, memory, and transformation through this medium commonly referred to as art.

The collective impact among the artists is event in the way their works speak to each other, forming ecosystems of ideas rather than isolated statements.
