Living Systems
Group exhibition of 1st year students in BA Product design.
Opening on May 8 from 18:00 - 21:00, in Elliðavatn town in Heidmörk 161 RVK.
In the course Experimental Laboratory, 1st Year trainees in product design studied living and interwoven systems in which sheep, land and farmer play key roles Students worked systematically to analyze and understand these complex synergistic systems; relationships between sheep, farmers and land, from the perspective of design.
The works are the result of observations, conversations and creative processing, where an attempt was made to approach this complex context with an open mind and an experimental approach.
The exhibition invites visitors to step into this conversation and consider where design can play a role in understanding and supporting these living systems.

Living systems
Group exhibition of 1st year students in BA Product Design.
Opening on May 8th from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM, at Elliðavatnsbær in Heidmörk 161 RVK.
In the Experimental Studio course, first-year product design students explained living systems where sheep, land, and farmers take center stage. With a focus on understanding these dynamic relationships, the students delved into the intricate interaction between these local agents through a design perspective.

The resulting works expressed from observations, conversations, and design thinking, all approved with curiosity and an experimental spirit. This exhibition invites visitors to step in this multifaceted context, encouraging reflection on how design can contribution to understanding and support these vibrants, living systems.
