The Workshop in the City phase ends on Friday, January 24, with the exhibition Hjásólir, condition and banana bread that opens in the building Líkn, Árbæjarsafn at 15.00
The exhibition will be open until February 3 during the museum's opening hours from 13.00 - 17.00
Students stayed in the premises of Lækjargatu, Árbæjarsafn for ten days and were guided around the museum. They read houses, welcomed visitors, listened to stories and looked at artifacts. What is symbolic vision and how does meaning move? Does the heart still live in its cave? Did Askur Yggdrasill appear to us in the Milky Way? Who draws the Charlemagne and who draws the line?
We thank the staff of Árbæjarsafn for the shelter and the guests: Harpa Arnardóttir, Ófeigi Sigurðsson, Kristína Svava Tómasdóttir and Gísla Sigurðsson for breathing and picking us home.
