In this phase, students are required to design a structure into public spaces in the city.
When solving that project, students deal with identifying local characteristics both abstract and object-oriented.
The structure that the students then design is a counter answer that takes a stand on the environment.
Students then deal with getting their design to communicate that attitude down to the smallest details, while at the same time encouraging experiments with materials and methods.
In order to follow this up, students construct real-scale models of part of the structure for further research into the relationship between drawing and the realization of the subject.
