Musician Bergur Þórisson tells about his multifaceted work as a musician and recording director in an interview with Berglind M. Tómasdóttir professor at LHÍ.

Bergur Þórisson is an artist, composer and recording director living in Iceland. In recent years, he has worked as Bjarkar's music director on her award-winning concert tour Cornucopia, but he has also recorded her last two albums and received Grammy nominations for his work on both of them. Bergur is also one half of the duo Huga, who has released a number of albums under the banner of Sony Classical and performed his music around the world. As a recording director, Bergur has worked with a number of artists in various genres of music, including Sigur Rós, Ólaf Arnalds, Jóhann Jóhannsson, Laufeyja, Arca, Hans Zimmer, Damien Rice, Dustin O'Halloran and Hania Rani.
