Alexander Freyr Þorvarðarson is an artist who works with sculpture and installations In his works, he uses political and historical material to shed light on the injustice, power systems and contradictions of society. Radical anti-fascism is a central part of his work, both as an ideology and a creative driving force. His works are raw and direct, but at the same time accommodate the unspoken and the conversation is open.

Alexander Freyr Þorvarðarson is an artist who mostly works with sculpture and installations. In his practice he organizations politics and history as material to shine a light on inquiry, power structures and social contractions. Anti-fascism is a central theme that comes up in his work, both as a philosophy and a creative driving force. His work is raw and straight to the point, but makes way for discussion.

The exhibition is part of the solo exhibition series of BA students in their third year of art, which will take place between September 25 - November 27, 2025.
Student solo exhibitions are part of the course Professors' workshops supervised by Sirra Sigrún Sigurðardóttir. Teachers Hekla Dögg Jónsdóttir and Styrmir Örn Guðmundsson.
