Rebekka Guðmundsdóttir (she/her) is a dance performer and creator finishing her education in contemporary dance practices at IUA. Her interest lies in exploring the body and its many functions within a context of choreography.

5 minute meditation for mindfulness, or 5 minute meditation to mindfulness, is a dance piece in which three dancers are on a mission in search of inner peace despite chaos and instability.
Rebekka Guðmundsdóttir (she/her) is a dancer and choreographer finishing her education at the Iceland Academy of the Arts. Her interest lies in how the body works in the context of set choreography

Accessibility:
There is a threshold to cross to enter the building.
L223 is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the building that can be used to get to the 2nd floor, however the access to it is limited so please contact rebekka24@lhi.is for further information.
Accessible tools are on all flowers of the building and all tools are gender neutral.
