Líf og fjör characterized Herma on Hverfisgatu last Friday when third-year students in graphic design at the Iceland University of the Arts held the book's publishing festival Waterways and forms.
The event started at 17 with a joint address by the students where they told about the work process, ideas and diverse approaches to the research topic.
Copies of the book were available to visitors free of charge, which brought great happiness.
About the project
The channels and form are based on the content and research material of the BA theses of third year students in graphic design at the Iceland University of the Arts. Where a student edits, processes texts and images and designs the look for an individual publication These individual projects are then published in three types of joint publication in print, on a website and at an event. The class is divided into three to handle these publishing aspects.
The publication is part of shedding light on the research, deepening it, examining the different threads of the essays and possibilities in visual presentation. The subjects are explored from different media and found an acceptable channel.
Digital projects and all texts can be found at farvegirogform.is
