Over 40 graduation events at the Music Department of LHÍ
The Music Department of the Iceland Academy of the Arts has hosted over 40 concerts and final projects in the last few weeks. A number of students and musicians have performed there and actively participated in a diverse and ambitious program that reflects the breadth and creativity of the department.
Most of the events took place in the Hall in Kópavogur, where the students were received with great warmth and professionalism The hall is extremely well suited to host a wide range of musical performances and presentations, thus supporting the variety that characterizes the student body of the music department Students also performed in Hallgrímskirkja and Laugarneskirkja and other places. Everywhere the collaboration was extremely good and the reception warm.
The LHÍ Music Department would like to thank all partners for their strong cooperation and invaluable support for both the school and its students. Such a contribution is extremely important for the development of art studies and artistic creation in Iceland.
