First-year master's students in art opened the exhibition last Saturday In your hands in the Factory in Hjalteyri to a great reception from visitors.

The exhibition was the result of a week-long workshop by the master's students, where the history of the factory and the uniqueness of the place were the material and subject of their works.

This time, Sigurður Guðjónsson, an artist and professor at the University of the Arts, went north with the students and led the course together with Gústav Geir Bollason, an artist and founder of the Factory.
