Nominations for this year's Mask Awards were recently announced.
Gréta Kristín Ómarsdóttir, professional director of the stage writer's course, Katrín Gunnarsdóttir, professional director of the contemporary dance course, and Anna María Tómasdóttir, assistant professor at the performing arts department, received a total of 13 nominations for the works; Miss Iceland, The Year Without Summer and Ifigenía in Ásbrú.
the Iceland University of the Arts sincerely congratulates them and also congratulates the current and recent graduates of the Faculty of Performing Arts on their nomination for the Incentive Award of the Year. It is invaluable to see young artists from the school's ranks being recognized for their powerful and original work.

The presentation of the Mask Award will take place on Tuesday, June 10.
