The alphabet is so ingrained in our lives that we rarely pause to reflect on its design or origin. The Icelandic language has largely remained unchanged throughout time, and our written language has a particularly strong cultural and historical value; it can be said that it is the basis for the independence of the special Icelandic letters have a rich symbolic value in the identity of Icelanders; they are necessary to maintain the Icelandic phonological system and protect the nuances of the language. This raises an important question: Should Icelanders consider designing and implementing new special letters to better understand the nuances and sound of the language?
The alphabet is so deeply rooted in our lives that we sell to contempor its design or origins.
