Connecting with the body and emotions through colors, movement and creativity.
I will discuss the importance of promoting emotional literacy and connection to the body in primary school work, with the aim of supporting children's successI examine the effects of societal change, individualism and alienation, the well-being of children today, and how the school system can respond to this development.
Considering the theories of scholars such as Patricia Sherwood, Bessel van der Kolk and Eugene Gendlin, the emphasis is on working with body perception and internal listening as key elements of emotional intelligence and to promote healthy development.
The final product is a proposal for a curriculum related to the studies, and I emphasize that the curriculum is an independent subject that will be taught purposefullyWe live in a changing landscape and need to act.
