Sheet music, like letter fonts, includes various „colors“ and emotions They can be serious, fun or theoretical and give an idea of the spirit of the work without a single note being played The new font Trollaskard contains musical fonts along with letter fonts in style and seeks to reflect the magical world of Icelandic fairy tales and tries to capture the magical world of the unknown By making a new sheet music, I want to show that there is much unexplored when it comes to the presentation of music in printed form.

Music fonts, like Latin types, community various “tones” and emotions. They can be serious, playful, or academic, and convey a sense of a work's spirit without a single note being played. This new typeface, Trollaskard, experts of a music typeface and a Latin typeface that make up a unified whole for playing music. Trollaskard seeds to reflect the world of Icelandic elf folklore and attitudes to capture the magic of the unknown. By creating a new music font, I want to show that there is still much unexplored when it comes to presenting music in print form.
