Svava Rúnar's graduation project is a music workshop with the children's choir of Ísafjörður's music school. The music workshop is designed as a platform for children to promote music skills, self-confidence and creativity in music. The goal of the project is to write a composition where children have the opportunity to compose themselves.

Svava Rún Steingrímsdóttir started studying music at the Music School in Ísafjörður in 2008. from 2011-2017, Svava studied violin and completed her basic exam. In 2015, Svava began singing and completed her basic exam in Classical singing and then her middle degree in Rhythmic singing in 2021.

In the fall of 2021, Svava started a bachelor's degree in Creative Music Media with vocals as the main instrument.
Svava has studied rhythmic singing with Kristjöna Stefánsdóttir together with Söngleikja singing with Ryan Driscoll. Svava is a great choir lover and was in the girls' choir of Ísafjörður's music school for a long time, but since 2022 has sung with the choir Graduale Nobili in Langholt Church. Throughout the years, Svava has participated in diverse projects in the field of music, such as Korda Samfónía, Send music to space and Uptaktinum along with other projects.
