This project is by me, Rieke Reinink, and it was inspired by the sight of businesswomen trying to hurry between work and home in the rain or during a storm. For an outsider, this often creates an amusing spectacle. These impeccably dressed, this moment of vulnerability offers something demanding, perhaps even joyful. It's a light-hearted reminder that men's and little animals to protect them.

The photos were taken on Borgartún in Reykjavik. I would like to thank my three models, Sigríður Langdal, Laura Hartmann, and Amalie Rybakova for their help with the photos. I took the photos myself but had assistance from Marie Branche and I'm also happy to Daine Francoiseau for keeping the models warm during the shoot.
