Katrina Olsen is a Faroese saxophonist and singer-songwriter. She graduated from the Faroese Music High School in 2019 and later earned a bachelor's degree in Creative Arts (Music) from Føroya's Knowledge Center in 2022.
After teaching music for a yearworking with singing, piano, clarinet, saxophone, and recorder in schools across the Faroe Islands He choose to pursue a second bachelor's degree in music education at Iceland University of the Arts.
During her studies at LHÍ, her main focus has been jazz performance and pedagogy. She currently sings in an a cappella barbershop trio called SWAY and performances in the duo Katari with Ari Johannesen.
