It is a spacious 122.5 sqm, 5-room apartment on the 4th floor with a sunny balcony from the double room and a good room in the basement with an openable window. The house is well located and borders Laugardal where it is close to a beautiful outdoor paradise, swimming pool, gym, Botanical Garden, Family and Zoo, beautiful walking and cycling routes as well as kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and main shops.
Torfi Sveinn Ásgeirsson (b. 2004) lives and works in Reykjavík. He looks up the strange and uses the medium that suits each time. The work is based on the discrepancy between everyday subjects and the excessive work put into artistic practice. He paints oil paintings, rather performances, makes video and sculpture to name a few.
