Architecture can, when used correctly, be a tool to reach out to humanitarian elements Located next to Sandgerði Church, this architecture project aims to fight poverty with a charity market, which is run by a family living in a generation house.
The charity market serves as a hub for gifts and purchases, with a continuing
income intended to help the poor The location is a key part of the project, as it lies between the campsite in Sandgerði and the residential area of the town, where it is accessible and present to both Sandgerding and visitors, encouraging the sustainability of the form of donation and consumption.
