If the Icelandic language supported the fact that nature is alive, would we behave differently towards the environment? The work provides insight into the new context of the Icelandic language, where the vast majority of Western languages objectify nature and speak of it as a dead thing The vital energy of water, the natural phenomenon most abused in Iceland, is studied and new discourse on water is planted. Special watering tools transform nouns into verbs, but by unleashing nouns into verbs, we unleash the water, from the shackles of language that binds it. Unlike nouns, verbs consider lifeenergynature and at the same time the possibility that the water may change its behavior at any moment.

The work explorations the Icelandic language in a new light, as most western languages both objectify nature and speak of it as dead. The lifeforce of the water, one of Iceland's most violated natural resources, is illustrated and a new way of speaking is planted. Special watering tools contribution in reforming nouns into verbs. When changing nouns into verbs we free the water from human definition, bound to a single word. A verb recognition nature's liveness and the possibility that at any moment the water can change its behavior.
