Rebecca Erin Moran (they/them/her, b. 1976) explores the paradoxical in the their process-driven and somatic practice.  They work within the realm of installation,  film, sound, performance and sculpture to reference liminal spaces and non-tangible experience.
Rebecca is a non-binary American Icelandic artist based between Reykjavík and Berlin. They graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago in 2000 and have exhibited widely in Iceland, Europe and in North America. Their practice embraces all nuances of in- between states and notions of fluidity, impermanence and repetition: often using transformative structures and materials that adapt or evolve over time.
