    FL\u00da\u00d0IR is a small community shaped by water, nature and geothermal energy, where daily routines and informal encounters play an important role.<\/p>\n

    Over time, however, the spaces that once supported this shared life have become less defined or failed and the town center has lost part of its role as a collective ground.<\/p>\n

    This project is conceived as a multi-layered urban and architectural strategy that strings the existing center by connecting public life and everyday functions into a coherent whole.<\/p>\n

    A continuous pedestrian route - the Spine - connections nature, recreation spaces, sports facilities, educational campus, Community Hall, library, swimming pool and daily services, creating a structure where movement, staying and social life intersection.<\/p>\n

    The new swimming pool is repositioned as a central social anchor, while the existing pool is presented and reimagined as an open space for year-round communities.<\/p>\n

    Along the park edge, a small-scale service cluster forms an active interface where retail and everyday functions support social life, thereby reinforcing the town center. At the same time, existing public buildings are attached and extended to meet future needs and strength their relationship to public spaces.<\/p>\n

    Rather than dispersing development outward, the proposal sees to weave the town more closely together, where space, movement, nature and everyday life form a continuous whole.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
