    Change is an inevitable, integral part of life, and sometimes manifests itself as crises Then one often finds that the only thing one can control in this world is one's self, but then it is difficult to face the fact that one actually has very little control over oneself With being, one can create a space to gain control over one's own thoughts and try to prepare for the coming crises with some form of meditation Every day one can take the time to look into the flame and observe wax dripping down the being With regular use, a symbolic protective covering is formed about it that allows one to filter out the thoughts one lets on the eternal ruler guides you in the eternal quest for control in an uncontrolled world.<\/p>\n
