    My name is G\u00edsli Ing\u00f3lfsson, often called \u201eJohnsson\u201c My father called me by that name in my youth, and later I realized that he was referring to my great-grandfather, G\u00edsla J\u00f3nsson This connection sparked my interest in getting to know my namesake better Stories about relatives have always occupied a large place in my life, and the story of my great-grandfather has always been particularly dear to me This book is a journey in which I try to understand the man behind the name - his hard work, struggle for justice, and belief in education Throughout his history, I have gotten to know myself better.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
