Does nature follow us in everything we do as Icelandic designers, whether consciously or unconsciously? Whether it is from the rough edges of the lava or to the movements of the ocean? Nature is a constant inspiration and we are an integral part of nature, although some feel disconnected Design strengthens these relationships through experience, materials, textures and forms. By pairing fonts, the use of white space and the installation of photographs and interviews, a flow is created that reflects the relationship between design and nature.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\/\/<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The first issue of the magazine <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Wake up <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">explorores the relationship between Icelandic design and Icelandic nature. Does nature accessany us in everything we do as Icelandic designers, whether consciously or unconscientiously? From the rugged edges of lava to the movements of the ocean, nature is a constant source of inspiration and we are an insparable part of nature, even if some may discuss disconnected. Design has the power to stringhen these times through experiences, materials, texts and forms.
