BA. Church Music<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00e9tur N\u00f3i began piano studies at the age of 6 at the \u00c1rnesing Music School with Ester \u00d3lafsd\u00f3ttir. He completed his advanced degree in organ playing under the guidance of K\u00e1ra \u00deormar in the spring of 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the last three years, P\u00e9tur N\u00f3i has studied organ with Birni Steinar S\u00f3lbergsson at the Iceland Academy of the Arts on a church music course. He completed his church organist degree from the National Church's Music School in the spring of 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00e9tur has held organ concerts in Selfoss Church and H\u00f3lad\u00f3mkirkja, played with the Philharmonic Song Orchestra and the Amateur Symphony Orchestra. In recent summers, he worked as a town artist and held regular lunchtime concerts in Hverager\u00f0iskirkja. P\u00e9tur N\u00f3i was appointed organist at Eyrarbakki Church in the fall of 2023.
