    What work processes can support preschool teachers in terms of serious behavioral difficulties?<\/h3>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Behavioral difficulties in preschool children are a significant challenge for both teachers and the children themselves. Behavioral difficulties can be caused by a combination of biological, neurological, social and emotional factors. Symptoms such as ADHD, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder and autism can affect a child's behavior. Similarly, social or emotional difficulties, including problems rooted in the home environment or the child's upbringing, can be influencing factors. Behavioral difficulties can hinder a child's ability to form social relationships and prevent their participation in play and learning.<\/p>\n

    The staff research that will be reported here took place in one kindergarten in Reykjav\u00edk. Its aim was to find ways to respond to children's difficult behavior and promote their well-being. Data collection was a form of diary entries that were used to be able to analyze and interpret previous experiences from the kindergarten work and to look for solutions to the challenging behavior of preschool children. Academic sources were obtained from peer-reviewed journals, laws and regulations on preschool work and academic books that deal with teaching, parenting and psychology.<\/p>\n

    The results of the study suggest that teachers are able to reduce children's behavioral difficulties by placing a targeted emphasis on well-being and emotional intelligence and as well as considering the children's basic needs Through appropriate education, support, leading parenting, patience, love and understanding, there is a possibility to reduce the challenging behavior of preschool children and improve their well-being along the way.<\/p>\n
