The new site that connects the old town to a new population area is developed with foresight in mind. The design is specially designed to facilitate the social integration of international families who have just moved to the country.<\/p>\n<p>Among the main features of a project is the noticeable rise of the building and, among other things, a common garden, designed according to the needs of diverse family generations. Also, a remote garden that fungifies as a common leisure space, a designer to strengthen the social connections of the townspeople. This new development in Sandger\u00f0i is also a way to promote empathy and togetherness in society. <\/p>\n<p>\/\/<\/p>\n<p>Sandger\u00f0i is a vibrant town near Iceland's international airport known for its fishing industry. The site located on a critical point between the old town and the new inhabitant area areas a new residential model. It features a modern pitched house with a small courtyard designed to meet the needs of diverse family generations, including a welcome space for an international family new to Iceland, factoring their social integration. <\/p>\n<p>This development revitalizes the street with full street corner elevation and includes a closed garden that serves as a social leisure space for neighbors,
