In the first round, participants are evaluated based on submitted video recordings. Those who advance take part in a second round, held in early January 2027<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The winners of the Young Soloists 2027 will then perform as soloists at the Iceland Symphony Orchestra concert in Eldborg, Harpa, on April 23, 2027 conducted by Samuel Lee.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Young Soloists is a collaborative project between the Iceland University of the Arts and the Iceland Symphony Orchestra, and for many years has given young musicians a valuable opportunity to gain experience performing with a professional orchestra.
