She impressed both the jury and the audience with elegant and refined singing, as well as lively demeanor and strong radiance on stage.<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"><\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\">In second place was <b data-ogsc=\"\">Gu\u00f0r\u00fan Margr\u00e9t Halld\u00f3rsd\u00f3ttir<\/b>, a student in her first year of singing at LH\u00cd. Gu\u00f0r\u00fan did very well in the competition and also won a special award for her performance of a song by J\u00f3n \u00c1sgeirsson.<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\"><\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"black\">In third place was <b data-ogsc=\"\">Gudn\u00fd Gu\u00f0mundsd\u00f3ttir<\/b>, a third-year student singing at LH\u00cd.
