Sn\u00e6bj\u00f6rnsd\u00f3ttir<\/strong>\u00a0has been named an honorary professor at\u00a0<strong>art department<\/strong>\u00a0for her contribution to research and university teaching in art and the development of the professional field of art in this country as well as internationally, as the second part of the duo Sn\u00e6bj\u00f6rnsd\u00f3ttir\/Wilson, together with Mark Wilson Brynd\u00eds is a pioneer in art research and the first Icelandic visual artist to receive a doctorate in her field.
