On the occasion of Misv\u00ed\u00f0ir, a joint project of the fashion design program of the Iceland University of the Arts and the Red Cross Clothing Collection, took place for the tenth time this year, a festival was held in the Nordic House and Gr\u00f3ska on the 22nd-24th. November.<\/p>\n

The first daily item was a weight of speech entitled \u201eFashion and environmental\u201d\" in the Nordic House on Friday, November 22 at 12.30-16. The symposium was organized by the fashion design program of the Iceland University of the Arts, the Red Cross Clothing Collection and the Environment Agency.<\/p>\n

The subject of the seminar was the state of fashion and fashion design in Iceland today, the environmental impact of the clothing industry and the cycle of textiles. <\/p>\n

\nHildur Mist Fri\u00f0j\u00f3nsd\u00f3ttir, expert at the Environment Agency and
\nRagna S. Bjarnad\u00f3ttir, professional director at LH\u00cd's fashion design program, welcomed the guests.<\/p>\n
