Libertango, Oblivion, Adios Nonino, Le Grand Tango and others The evening's presenter is Paolo Picchio, one of the world's leading Piazzollologists.<\/p>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity to experience the accordion and the bandoneon in the hands of the masters.<\/p>\n<p>The concert is a collaboration between the Iceland Academy of the Arts and the Hall Music Hall.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-lg-12\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\/\/<\/p>\n<p>On April 18, The hall in K\u00f3pavogur will bring together some of the world's foremost accordion and bandoneon players; Prof. Dr. Klaudiusz Baran (Poland), Prof. Raimondas Sviackevi\u010dius (Lithuania), Prof. Giuseppe Scigliano (Italy) and German Khlopin (Iceland), side cellist Steiney Sigur\u00f0ard\u00f3ttir and the Icelandic Strings quartet. Together they will perform works by the great Astor Piazzolla, who created Tango Nuevo and forever transformed the world of tango.<\/p>\n<p>The programme features some of Piazzolla's most beautiful and celebrated works: Libertango, Oblivion, Adi\u00f3s Nonino, Le Grand Tango and more.
