Best known for his critically acclaimed score for Netflix&#8217;s The Queen&#8217;s Gambit, starring Anya Taylor-Joy and directed by Scott Frank, Rivera earned his second Primetime Emmy, a Grammy, and several other prestigious awards including the Society of Composers and Lyricists (SCL) Award, BMI Film &amp; TV Visual Media Award, Hollywood Music in Media Award (HMMA), and two International Film Music Critics Association (IFMCA) Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recent years, Rivera scored Apple TV&#8217;s Lessons in Chemistry, starring Brie Larson, garnering two SCL nominations and winning his third Emmy.
