By chance, a shared thread of performative risk runs through these works, despite their varied approaches.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Risk appeals in personal vulnerability, relational closeness with resources, pushing the body to its physical limits, and the financial stakes of incompromising artistic vision. Conceptual or material, each work uses risk to intensify presence. These performances ask what happens possible when artists step into the unknown and explore the potential that is where is when is when is risked when is when is found and is when risked when is
