Departmental Coordinator oversees students affairs within the department, assists in various projects and sees to secretarial matters.

 

Departmental Coordinator’s core projects are managing and updating the department’s student directory, submitting schedules to the school’s network, informing students about courses and managing course subscription. She submits information about grades and all teaching within the department as well as communicating information to the school’s accountancy. Students can refer to Departmental Coordinator in order to attain information about grades and resources in cases of absence, such as the retrial of projects and tests.

 

Departmental Coordinator oversees the admission process for the department, receiving and keeping track of applications and provides guest lecturers with information and teaching material. Furthermore, she assists international visiting scholars and exchange students and provides information to them.
