Hide and seek is an anthology that deals with coded queer communication. In this context that consists of methods and symbols that queer people have used to identify one another, in societies that made playing hide and seek the only way to live and thrive.

Categorised as queer, coded communication, we can name things such as languages, clothing, places and institutions that have acquired new meanings among queer people, etc.

The design of the book is meant to investigate what makes queer design queer, as well as to uplift queer voices, stories and experiences in a society that is not designed for them.
