Katha Upanishad is an ancient Indian verse that forms a part of the Hindu scriptures. The verses of Katha Upanishad are a part of a larger collection of verses referred to as the Upanishads, meaning of this term is secret doctrine, so it may be said that the verses are secret doctrines intended for those who desire the liberatingwisdom. The story presented in Katha Upanishad tells of a young boy, Nachiketas, who has an encounter with Yama, the god of death. Their conversation concerns the nature and wisdom of man. In this project, an effort is made to interpret the verses of Katha Upanishad, with illustrations that are independent of historical time and geographic location, aiming at a timeless and pan-human symbolic world.
