About The workshop Be-Longing:

In this 4 weeks process the participants have been exploring the relationship between the individual and the collective. How can each individual have their own voice, space and freedom to express themselves, while at the same time being open and available for the art of listening, responding and creating together in real time? – To improvise.
The workshop deals with issues of choice making, responsibility, transparency, intimacy. The workshop  researches in depth the connection between sensation, emotion, and expression, through practice, healing and art.
