I search for things in my surroundings that possess unexpected qualities and unforeseen possibilities, finding new and interesting material is like hitting the jackpot. Like the color swatches I have an urge to arrange and use as paint. The accidental drawings, made collaboratively by many people (unknown to each other) somehow result in works of art. The heat sensitive nature of the thermal paper allows me to use that quality to create an abstract painting.
