The elderly are often generalized and seen as a standard group of people, the “old people.” Older people have lived a lifetime, each in their own circumstances that have created a unique destiny for them. It is quite difficult to classify such a group as one category. Mankind is living longer, causing a growing number of older people.

Portrait sheds light on the essence of ten different individuals. Ten different destinies that form different shapes of vessels. The increased number of elderly people is not a social problem, but a valuable resource that could have a huge impact on the challenges ahead if this group is given a voice and space.
