1. Registration for an exchange - Deadline 15. October

STEP 1: Register your exchange period in Myschool select Mobility in the left menu.

STEP 2: Apply for the Erasmus grant.
Instruction video here.

STEP 3: Register your choice of 2-4 schools. Contact the International Office at IUA for advice if needed.
Use the following registration forms:

Please note! Those going on exchange in spring semester do not need to hand in the choice of schools until 15 september unless you are applying for a school with only a spring deadline (also for studies in spring semester).

2. Apply for an exchange to the receiving institution

Please note that deadlines application procedures vary between institutions. You will find details on each institution's website (see partner school list). N.B. Some institutions may have a single deadline for the entire academic year. We recommend that you apply for a place at least three receiving schools, as incoming applications tend to outnumber available places.

3. Preparing exchange

Once you have received an offer of a study place you need to prepare your exchange, including making a learning agreement and grant agreement. See further instructions on IUA's exchange web.
