COW #4 / Tónleikar í Mengi

COW concert series consists of three concerts that will take place in Mengi in Spring 2018. The concerts include music by composers Jennifer Walshe, Morton Feldman, Carolyn Chen amongst others.

The first concert on March 7 features works that take place in-between music, theater and performance art by Jennifer Walshe, Sigurður Guðmundsson, Einar Torfi Einarsson, Birgit Djupedal, Valentin Valle Domring, María Sól Ingólfsdóttir, Berglind María Tómasdóttir and Erik DeLuca, performed by students and staff at the Iceland University of the Arts. The second concert March 22, features the Iceland premiere of For Christian Wolff (for flute and piano) by Morton Feldman performed by Berglind María Tómasdóttir and Mathias Halvorsen. The last concert will take place on April 27 and is dedicated to music by Carolyn Chen.
